I was born and in raised in the Miami Valley area, I grew up in Huber Heights and currently live in Tipp City. On the weekends and evenings, I enjoy spending time with family. My husband and I married in 2011. My passions are children and animals, especially dogs. We adopted our first dog Burpee in Spring of 2012 and Gizmo in Aug of 2015. On the weekends and summers, I enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephews, they are my greatest joy!

I attended Wayne High School and graduated in 2004. My college journey began at Sinclair where I chose Dental Hygiene as my career. I graduated from Sinclair in 2010 with my Associates degree in Applied Science and obtained a Communications Associates degree as well. After graduating, I completed both State and National boards to allow me to practice Dental Hygiene in the State of Ohio.

I have been a team member of Dr. Kori and Everhart Advanced Dentistry since December of 2010. As a dental hygienist I enjoy educating patients and informing them on how to improve their oral hygiene habits, and sharing with them the effects it has on their systemic health. As a RDH, I am responsible for maintaining and staying up to date with the latest changes in oral health. I also enjoy, and am required by the State of Ohio to complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years. This helps to ensure that you are getting the best care possible. I am licensed to perform local anesthesia, plus I am trained in Invisalign and Zoom Whitening. I look forward to meeting you and your family and providing you with great care!

I am married to a wonderful husband of 2 years, and we have two golden retrievers, ages 3 and 2, that we absolutely adore. We recently renovated an old school house in Madison Twp, which is very unique and has a large yard that our dogs enjoy. We have spent over a year working on it and it is perfect for the four of us!

Some things I enjoy doing are spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I like to be outdoors so we enjoy swimming, boating, playing corn hole, fishing, and of course, vacationing on the beach. I am a big football fan. I enjoy building relationships with my patients. Therefore, it is very important to me that you entrust me as your oral health care provider. I will provide you with honesty, trust, and integrity. Emily - Dental Hygienist

Emily - Dental Hygienis Hi, my name is Emily. I will be your Registered Dental Hygienist for your scheduled appointment. I would like to take the time to give you some background information on myself before we meet in person.

I am 30 years old. I was born and raised in Ohio and graduated high school from Waynesville in 2003. My birthday is in the middle of September, which makes me a Virgo. Some of my positive Virgo characteristics are being reliable, helpful, observant and precise. It is with these attributes that I am able to provide outstanding dental care for you and your family.

In my spare time I enjoy gardening and canning in the summer months as well as boating on Lake Norris with my family and friends. Fall is my favorite time of year, because I thoroughly enjoy going to festivals, fairs and the crisp fall air.

After I graduated high school I moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University. After completing a year there I moved back to my hometown and attended Sinclair Community College. It was 2010 when I graduated with my Associates of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. With that I took state boards to achieve a license to administer Local Anesthetic, a RDH license that enables me to practice in Ohio and a CPR certification. I also work in a pharmacy and have been a pharmacy technician for the past eleven years.

As all hygienists are, I am required to complete twenty-four hours of continuing education to keep my licensure active. I take pleasure in the opportunity to expand my knowledge on dental and healthcare related topics so that I may further educate my patients.

I fully believe that everyone deserves the same respect and care at our office, whether it will be your first visit or you are a long time standing patient of record. My number one priority during your visit it to provide you with a comfortable, judgment free, educational appointment. I look forward to meeting you and being your registered dental hygienist here at Kori and Everhart Advanced Dentistry.

Remember, a healthy mouth is key to a healthy body. Your overall health depends largely on how healthy your mouth is. Poor oral health can lead to or exacerbate conditions such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, Dementia; and in pregnant women, can lead to problems that will affect your unborn child. This is why it is so important to me to be part of the team of dental professionals that will restore and help maintain your healthy smile. I look forward to meeting you!
